First off, my daughter has had her braces on for 1yr, during that whole year they said they would bill me to my address installed payments (nothing ever came) call to ask how much and how I should pay and the secretary tells me to wait for Terry to call me. Meanwhile they cannot accommodate a schedule for my middle school child, she has to keep getting pulled out of classes. Once I do get to speak to Terry she says her previous manager wasn't keeping track of any patient payments so she was let go! This place lacks communication, and customer service. I had scheduled for my younger daughter to get her braces here too, but all this inconsistency with payments and scheduling has deterred me to continue with them. Now I have to pay all of the money upfront because of their incompetence and Terry was not helpful, she made it seem like this was my fault.
